Providers
Manage insurance providers used in transfers and family records.
Insurance Types
Manage the insurance types that appear in dropdown lists throughout the system.
Benefits
Configure the benefits available for cases. Level 1 members are only eligible for Food.
Departments
Manage departments available for user assignment.
Screening Duration
Default screening appointment duration (minutes). Individual workers can override this.
Worker Hours
Set weekly schedule for each screening worker by day of week with time slots.
Worker Signatures
Upload signature images for each worker. These will be used on pre-filled forms (e.g., Household Nutrition Services Eligibility Form).
Follow-Up Units Configuration
Configure follow-up call scheduling parameters for Level 2 members. The system will auto-calculate call frequency based on these settings.

CSV Case Import
Upload CSV to Update Case Statuses
Upload a CSV file exported from the external system. The importer will match records by First Name + Last Name + DOB + Service Type and update the case authorization status. Service Type is matched using the "CSV Name" configured in Settings → Benefits.
